We are devoted to highlighting an individual’s specialized set of skills, reinforcing their confidence and providing the opportunities they require to effectively reintegrate supplemental employment towards entrepreneurship. But, we can't leave anyone behind. Our "Each One, Teach One" jobs come with a helper that is  there to work and learn with the pro. So, you essentially get 2 people for the price of one. The pro pays the helper, not the customer. Our helpers are regular tradesmen in other fields who join when off of work and are willing to learn something new while helping out. So, you are essentially getting a free man. The pro and the company pay the helper 50/50 split, so they are so they are fairly compensated. This is a win-win, as the customer gets a free man, it speeds things up, brings down total cost all around, and the company gets a helper, who has the potential to be a pro in the near future and earn a better rate and have the knowledge to work for themselves.  It's our culture to teach each other and learn, we are family, friends, and co-workers. You always get more than you pay for, and we are comfortable with knowing that. As long as we thrive so will others. To the greater good of our community.
