Landscape Design and Yard Maintenance
Our lawncare division is young. We have a solid concrete and brick design team that can create anything you can find on the internet within reason. We have now ventured into yard care and maintenance year round; with bi-weekly cuts during the summer, pine needle and leaf collection, and snow removal in the winter., Our contracted customers will receive priority Christmas light installation in the winter if desired.
Our preferred partners are TROSA Lawncare, YardieBoyz, SmartTree and Flores Landscaping. Each helps out in unique ways and can provide service when we cannot.

Property Maintenance and 24-hour Services
We have a network of contractors, including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, drywall specialists, house cleaners and more. We are well established to jump into action and promptly arrive on site to perform work. This sets us up for service calls when things break, tenant turnovers, water heater leaks, toilets are clogged, etc. Any complaint, we are there to handle. We also take pride in due diligence and repair request in real estate transactions. We can interpret the inspection report, gain access to the home through the MLS, complete the work and bill you after sale. Many of our guys work under a licensed contractor and can make licensed contract repairs at a non-licensed repair price.

Masonry and Concrete
Our stonework on small projects is creative, meaningful, and provides purpose. We enjoy making permanent use of the spots where grass never grows or water collects. Brick patio to place your rocking chairs, cinderblock raised garden beds, concrete pad for AC unit or a shed. We can do it all.
